The End Of An Era

This weekend marks the end of an era as it will be my last at Hugh Jorgans. For those of you who've worked with me or come out to see me over the past 3 years while I've been there, I thank you for all your support. It's been a great ride, I've learned how to make people laugh at my dumb ass, rap like a white boy, play the drums, a little piano, a little ballet here and there, and met hundreds of cool people.
I've had my fair share of shots, drunk moments, one nighters, long relationships, blackouts, barbecues, parties, after-parties, before parties, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, ass spankings by 40-something year old women, crotch grabbings by 20-something year old women, and beers and chicken phillys at the ugly mug. I've been screamed for, yelled at, laughed at, cheered for, hive fived, slapped, hugged, kissed, threatened, seduced, disliked, admired, hated and loved.
When I was a little kid, I always dreamed of growing up and being famous, and to some extent I have, whether it's being recognized at a local restaurant or a free beer at Bru's Room....being a local celebrity certainly has it's advantages. I got to experience a small piece of the the rock star lifestyle and a brief taste of fame.......and all I had to do was clap along.
Thanks for the memories.

Always,

Woody
