My Liver Is Having The Best Week Ever!
Happy May 5th everyone. I can honestly say that my liver hurts in a way that I haven't been familiar with in a while. And I couldn't be happier about it.
Let's review:
Monday night: dinner with a Lady Friend at my house consisting of candle-light, a bottle of wine and a 12 pack of Miller Lite Cans (am I romantic or what?!?).
Tuesday night: Dirty Dwarf with the Deucer to watch Keith from Summer Blanket accompany me and Diddy to some of the 80's greatest hits. Let me put it this way, they had to run to the 7-11 to get a few cases of Miller Lite cans because they ran out. Talk about your service! What other bars will do that for you? That and about 10 shots of Jager/KillABitch (Sorry, Obi-Wan Canoli) and I had no idea what was happening. Yeah, um, sorry about that face-hickey Jordan...it'll fade in a few days.
Wednesday Night: Dirt-Pub Tour, May '06 Edition. This time the stops were The Villager Pub, and Skeeters on Boynton Beach Blvd. The Villager is like I was hanging out at my Uncle's house in Pompano for the holidays, complete with a random cat that lived under a table, domestic disturbances (only 1 and in her defense, she was drunk and a redneck), and a couch in front of a big screen TV, as me, C.Diddy and EasyEd drank Natty Ice in 16oz cans. Not bad. Skeeters? By that time I was not in any shape to remember much, so I can't really give an accurate review at this time.
Thursday Night: Gary's Sports Bar, Pompano Beach, FL. Me, JimmyP, and BaBaJewey took in some Texas Hold 'em Poker and lots of alcohol. TJ - You're welcome for me saving you from the angry sausage vender...you drunk bastard. I love you!
Air and Sea show is this weekend folks. BeachPlace on Saturday night should be a site to behold.
